Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Management: Prepare, issue, and send accurate invoices and account statements.
- Payment Processing: Receive, record, and reconcile incoming payments, issuing receipts.
- Account Maintenance: Update client records, track balances, and manage account information.
- Customer Communication: Respond to billing inquiries, send payment reminders, and resolve disputes professionally.
- Reporting: Assist with preparing monthly billing reports and financial summaries.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing errors, discrepancies, and late payments.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations.
