- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Manage and respond to IndiaMART inquiries effectively
- Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities
- Generate and maintain customer sales data
- Identify potential clients and develop new leads
- Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, orders, and requirements
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and new customers
- Update CRM/sales records and prepare reports
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
