Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Relation Executive to handle customer communication, follow-ups, complaints, and service coordination. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer calls, messages, and emails
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Maintain customer database and records
- Coordinate with sales and service teams
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and services
- Provide product or service information to customers
- Prepare daily customer interaction reports
- Ensure customer satisfaction and support
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and teamwork
- Ability to work under pressure
Qualification
- Any Degree / Plus Two
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Freshers can also apply
