About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client interactions, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads
Understand customer requirements and provide project-related information
Maintain positive client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling/Customer Support
Basic knowledge of the Real Estate industry preferred
