Gift4U is looking for a Sales Executive to manage in-store customer sales and assist customers in selecting flowers, bouquets, gifts, and related products.
The ideal candidate should be friendly, well-presented, customer-focused, and able to communicate confidently with walk-in customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and assist walk-in customers Recommend suitable flowers, bouquets, gifts, and add-ons Generate sales and improve customer experience Handle billing and basic sales entries Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store Coordinate customer orders with the operations team Manage customer enquiries in person and over phone
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic computer knowledge preferred Retail sales experience is an advantage Freshers with good communication skills may apply
