A real estate Project Head leads the end-to-end lifecycle of property developments. They direct planning, budgeting, design, and construction, ensuring commercial and residential assets are delivered safely, on schedule, within financial limits, and in full compliance with local regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Direct feasibility assessments, financial modelling, and site evaluations.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee concept design, approvals, construction phases, and final asset handover.
- Budget Oversight: Manage large capital expenditure budgets, cash flows, and cost forecasting.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Lead architects, engineers, contractors, legal teams, and investor relations.
- Compliance & Risk: Secure statutory clearances, zoning permissions, and local building code compliances.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or Construction Management (MBA or PMP preferred).
- Experience: 10 to 15+ years in real estate development or large-scale construction leadership.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of project management software, blueprint analysis, and financial appraisal.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, cross-functional leadership, and crisis management abilities.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
