HR – Client Acquisition Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Client Acquisition Executive who can build strong corporate connections and generate new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to companies and potential clients in the market
- Connect directly with HRs, management, and decision-makers
- Share company profiles and proposals for manpower requirements
- Understand hiring needs and close client deals
- Maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams for requirement fulfillment
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Client handling & relationship management
- Knowledge of recruitment/staffing industry preferred
- Confidence in corporate interaction and deal closure
- Basic MS Office & email communication knowledge
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in recruitment consultancy/client acquisition
- Target-oriented and self-motivated professional
