We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects
- Explain company products and services
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain call records and customer database
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
- Coordinate with the sales team when required
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers politely
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply
Preferred Qualifications
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Previous telecalling or customer support experience is an advantage
