Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Digital Marketing & SEO Executive to improve our online visibility, generate business leads, and manage digital marketing activities.
Our company provides custom software development, CRM solutions, website development, mobile application development, and other IT services. The selected candidate will work on SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, local SEO, and lead generation.
Freshers with practical knowledge, internships, certifications, or personal projects are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-page, off-page, and basic technical SEO.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website pages, titles, meta descriptions, URLs, images, and content.
- Build quality backlinks through business listings, outreach, guest posting, and other approved methods.
- Manage Google Business Profile and local SEO activities.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Manage social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and schedule social media posts, reels, graphics, and promotional content.
- Generate leads for software development, CRM, website development, and mobile application services.
- Write or coordinate website content, blogs, landing pages, and social media captions.
- Assist in planning and managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and the sales team for marketing activities.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Understanding of on-page and off-page SEO.
- Knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic content writing skills.
- Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of WordPress.
- Understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or similar platforms.
- Digital marketing or SEO certification.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certification, internship, project, or practical digital marketing experience will be considered.
