1. Position Overview
Livestream Coffee LLP is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to oversee and drive the overall operations across all outlets. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, operational excellence, and the ability to manage multi-unit restaurant or hospitality operations while ensuring high standards of service, efficiency, and profitability.
2. Key Responsibilities
· Oversee end-to-end operations across all outlets
· Ensure smooth functioning of daily business operations
· Develop and implement operational strategies and standard operating procedures
· Monitor performance, productivity, and service quality across all locations
· Manage budgets, cost control, and overall profitability
· Lead, train, and supervise outlet managers and department heads
· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations
· Coordinate with different departments for seamless operations
· Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures
· Drive business growth through operational efficiency and innovation
