- Verify patient insurance coverage, policy terms, and eligibility.
- Coordinate with TPAs / Insurance companies for approvals, queries, and documentation.
- Process cashless admission, pre-authorization, and update departments accordingly.
- Prepare and submit final bills, discharge summaries, and required documents for claims.
- Follow up on pending approvals, enhancements, and claim settlements.
- Maintain TPA desk records, patient files, and daily MIS reports.
- Support patients with insurance-related queries and ensure smooth admission–discharge flow.
- Work closely with billing, admission, and medical teams for timely clearance.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and insurance guidelines.
- Build good coordination with external TPA representatives for seamless processing.
