Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective Kannada language lessons as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, grammar, and speaking skills in Kannada.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, and assessments aligned with academic goals.
- Evaluate students’ performance regularly and maintain accurate academic records.
- Create an engaging, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Encourage appreciation of Kannada literature, culture, and language.
- Use innovative teaching strategies and technology to enhance learning.
- Participate in school activities, trainings, parent-teacher meetings, and academic reviews.
- Adhere to school policies and academic guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Kannada or a related subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory).
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at middle school level (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written Kannada.
