Key Responsibilities:
- Attend incoming calls from patients and provide accurate information regarding dental treatments and services.
- Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and patient reminders.
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Explain treatment plans, packages, and promotional offers to patients.
- Maintain and update patient records in the clinic management system.
- Follow up with patients regarding pending treatments and recall visits.
- Handle patient queries and complaints professionally and direct them to the concerned department when required.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets as assigned.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
