About the Role
Paradise Insurance Inc. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telephonic Outbound Sales Executives for our U.S. personal auto insurance process.
Preferred Qualifications
· Candidates with 2 years of experience in international sales, telecalling, customer service, auto insurance, or BPO operations will be preferred.
· Prior experience working with U.S. customers will be considered an advantage.
· Experience in the insurance industry, particularly personal auto insurance, will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to customers in the United States.
· Introduce and explain available personal auto insurance products and services.
· Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
· Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
· Schedule follow-ups and maintain communication records.
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
· Work closely with supervisors and team members.
Requirements
· Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
· Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
· Basic understanding of sales and customer service.
· Basic computer knowledge.
· Ability to work night shifts.
