d) Maintaining and updating Recruitment database.
e) Issuing relevant correspondence to the selected candidates.
3. Drafting letters and notices.
4. Attending meetings and preparing Minutes of the Meeting (MOM).
5. Correspondence with external parties.
6. Employee Engagement Activities.
7. Payroll Processing.
8. On-boarding formalities
9. Resignations
10. MIS Reporting
11. Visa extensions for our Subsidaries.
12. ISO Standards.
13. PF, GMC_GPA and ESIC closure
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Dedicated individuals with Good Communication Skills, Efficient Writing and Organized in work.
· Ready to work on a long term basis with Sikraft.
· Well versed with Microsoft Office,Excel,Word,PowerPoint and Outlook.
· Eye for details and honest in work.
