Position - Production Manager / Plant Head
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinating with customer on daily basis for their requierments and planning production accordingly
- Must have understanding of line balancing and planning according to capacities for 100 % customer fulfilment
- Must have experience of handling manpower for increased efficiency and more productivity
- Must have leadership skills and ability to communicate clearly and precisely
- Must be able to calculate raw material required from BOM or specifications
- Must have understanding of corrugation and packaging feild
Working Hrs : 12 hrs ( 1 shift only ) / Thursday Weekly Off
PF, ESI mandatory by company.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
