Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold outreach.
- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the IT services domain.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present suitable solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal submission, negotiation, and project closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover after closure.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and lead generation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to contribute to business growth.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
