As we continue expanding across destinations, we are looking for a highly driven B2B Sales Manager to build strategic partnerships, drive room night sales, and strengthen Moustache’s market presence in Udaipur.
The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for generating revenue through corporate tie-ups, travel trade partnerships, group bookings, events, weddings, and experiential collaborations for the Moustache Properties (Primarily Udaipur property)
This role requires someone with a strong hospitality sales mindset, local market understanding, and the ability to independently build relationships that convert into measurable business growth.
We are not looking for a passive relationship manager — we are looking for someone obsessed with occupancy, room nights, partnerships, and revenue growth.
- Develop and manage B2B partnerships with:
- Generate room nights, group bookings, long stays, retreats, and event business for the property.
- Build strong local and regional networks to increase direct business opportunities.
- Conduct regular client meetings, sales calls, presentations, and property walkthroughs.
- Drive monthly occupancy and revenue targets through the B2B segment.
- Identify high-demand periods and create sales strategies around:
- Work closely with revenue and reservations teams to optimize rates and conversions.
- Ensure strong repeat business and account retention.
- Build strategic collaborations with:
- Cafes and local businesses
- Universities and communities
- Explore new feeder markets including Delhi, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, etc.
- Represent Moustache at trade events, networking meets, and tourism expos.
- Maintain lead pipelines, conversion trackers, and account databases.
- Share weekly and monthly sales reports with clear revenue insights and action plans.
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth guest experience delivery.

- 2–5 years of experience in hospitality/travel B2B sales.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field sales, client visits, and business development.

- Someone who understands both hospitality and business growth.
- A self-starter who can build markets from scratch.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in hotels, hostels, travel, lifestyle, or experiential brands is a strong plus.
