Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns through LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Execute Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Dynamic Ads, Text Ads, and Lead Generation campaigns.
- Develop B2B lead generation strategies to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Conduct audience research based on job titles, industries, company size, interests, and demographics.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CPC, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, CTAs, and audience segments.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
- Set up and manage LinkedIn Insight Tag, conversion tracking, and remarketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest LinkedIn Ads features, trends, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience in B2B Lead Generation Campaigns
- Audience Targeting & Retargeting
- Conversion Tracking & Analytics
- Understanding of CPC, CPL, CTR & ROAS metrics
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Insight Tag & Remarketing
- Strong analytical and optimization skills
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- LinkedIn Marketing Certification preferred
- Prior experience in Digital Marketing Agency or Performance Marketing roles will be an added advantage
