Travel Booking Responsibilities – Executive Assistant
- Plan and book domestic and international travel (air, train, hotel, cab, etc.) for Directors and senior management.
- Prepare and share detailed travel itineraries.
- Coordinate with travel agents and vendors for best available fares and arrangements.
- Handle visa processing, travel insurance, and required documentation.
- Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Ensure bookings are made as per company travel policy and budget.
- Maintain records of travel details and expenses.
- Coordinate airport transfers and local travel arrangements.
- Provide real-time support during travel in case of delays or emergencies.
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
