Responsibilities
- Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and courteously
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of work areas and equipment
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns effectively and professionally
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence
