Telecaller Intern – Digital Marketing

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Job Summary
2050 Healthcare is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Intern – Digital Marketing to handle inbound and outbound calls generated through digital marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for following up with leads, understanding customer requirements, and supporting the team in lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from digital marketing leads.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing and Operations teams.
- Support lead conversion and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Update daily call and lead status reports.
Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
