PGT Accountancy
- Curriculum Delivery: Teach Accountancy to senior secondary students (XI & XII) per CBSE or equivalent board guidelines.
- Lesson Planning & Assessment: Develop comprehensive lesson plans, prepare study materials, and design assessments (assignments, tests, projects).
- Board Preparation: Prepare students for board examinations, focusing on high achievement.
- Evaluation & Feedback: Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and offer remedial classes to struggling students.
- Classroom Management: Maintain accurate student records (attendance, progress) and foster an interactive learning environment.
- Extracurricular Involvement: Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and organize commerce-related workshops.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Master’s Degree in Commerce (M.Com) or Accountancy.
- Training: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
- Experience: Previous experience teaching senior secondary classes is preferred, often 3–5+ years for top schools.
Skills Required
- Subject Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and taxation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Technological Proficiency: Ability to use digital tools for teaching.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to mentor students and collaborate with colleagues.

- Salaries in the uttar pardesh region often range between ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month for entry-level positions, extending to higher packages for experienced candidates in reputable private schools.
