About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Compliance Executive to manage statutory compliance and employee records while ensuring adherence to labor laws. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, and Gratuity compliance.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and statutory deductions.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and statutory registers.
- Process UAN generation, KYC updates, PF transfers, and ESI registrations.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and compliance reports.
- Coordinate with consultants and government authorities for compliance matters.
- Support internal and statutory audits.
- Prepare MIS reports and compliance trackers.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, Payroll, and Labour Law Compliance.
- Experience in statutory documentation and employee lifecycle management.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet compliance deadlines.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA (HR) / MSW / PGDM-HR or equivalent.
