Job Title: Purchase Executive – IT Infrastructure & Networking
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement: Source and purchase IT equipment (servers, routers, switches, firewalls, cables).
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and build strong relationships with reliable IT vendors and distributors.
- Negotiation & Pricing: Negotiate competitive rates, payment terms, warranties, and SLAs to optimize costs.
- PO & Documentation: Generate Purchase Orders (POs), track deliveries, verify invoices, and coordinate with finance for payments.
- Inventory & Asset Tracking: Maintain accurate logs of IT hardware inventory, warranty periods, and license renewals.
- Compliance & Coordination: Ensure all procurements meet company standards and work closely with internal IT teams.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years in IT hardware, networking, and telecom procurement.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT hardware specs, networking gear, server setups, and software licensing.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, vendor analysis, communication, and MS Excel / ERP skills.
- Education: Graduation, Bachelor’s degree in IT, or related field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
