Job Summary
The Front Office Manager is responsible for managing all front office operations, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth check-in/check-out procedures, revenue maximization, and effective team management.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service
- Ensure a warm welcome and professional service to all guests.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain high guest satisfaction standards.
Front Office Operations
- Manage daily front office activities.
- Monitor reservations, arrivals, departures, and room allocations.
- Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures.
- Maintain guest records and reports.
Team Management
- Supervise and train Front Office staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
