- First 3 Months: Training & Learning Period
- Next 3 Months: Performance-based stipend, subject to successful completion of the initial training period and performance evaluation.

Roles & Responsibilities
Tunez is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support recruitment and HR operations. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR administration while contributing to the growth of a Made in India consumer electronics brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals and professional networking platforms.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, conduct initial screening calls, and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Job Posting: Create and publish job openings on recruitment platforms such as Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn, and other hiring portals.
- HR Operations: Support employee onboarding, maintain HR documentation, attendance records, and employee databases.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication with candidates and provide a positive recruitment experience throughout the hiring process.
- Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives by assisting with recruitment campaigns and managing career-related content on the company's LinkedIn page.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare recruitment trackers, interview reports, HR documents, and presentations for internal review.
- Coordination: Collaborate with different departments to understand hiring requirements and support HR-related activities.
- Learning & Adaptation: Stay updated with recruitment trends, HR best practices, and continuously develop knowledge in talent acquisition and HR operations.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Basic understanding of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment Processes.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational, coordination, and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
