We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Associate to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, building strong relationships, and assisting customers throughout the investment process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, persuasion ability, and a passion for sales and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on potential leads through calls, social media, referrals, and direct interactions.
- Explain company services and investment opportunities to clients professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and team to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities when required.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain professional grooming and communication standards.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

- Knowledge of Malayalam and English preferred.
