Salary
- Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives
- Experienced (1–2 Years): ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Working Schedule
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: As per company policy
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Field Sales Executive to expand our customer network, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and industrial clients. The role requires extensive field visits, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and industrial customers to generate new business.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through regular field visits.
- Promote and sell the company's reusable plastic cups and other plastic products.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Present product features, pricing, and promotional offers to customers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and operations teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Maintain daily visit reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Represent the company professionally during customer meetings and business visits.
Territory
- Responsible for covering Indore, nearby districts, and assigned metro cities.
- Regular travel is required as per business requirements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of Field Sales or Marketing experience will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to travel extensively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
- A two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
