Ecog Core Technologies is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers practical exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and HR records.
- Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documentation.
- Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR events.
- Maintain confidential employee files and HR documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR administrative activities.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree (completed or pursuing final year) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, Management, or any related field.
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
