Title - IT Support Engineer (Hardware & Networking)
Location: Ranchi
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, system installation, and networking. Candidates who are willing to relocate to Ranchi are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair computer hardware, including RAM, SSDs/HDDs, screens, keyboards, batteries, and motherboards.
- Install and configure Windows and Linux operating systems, device drivers, software applications, and antivirus solutions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, and VLAN networks.
- Perform routine system and network maintenance, upgrades, and security checks.
- Provide technical support to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in computer hardware repair and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, and VLAN networking.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates based in Bhubaneswar or Kolkata will be given preference.
- Willingness to relocate to Ranchi.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
