1. Restaurant Operations Management
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure smooth functioning of dining, kitchen, cashier, and service areas.
- Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction throughout operating hours.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
2. Team Supervision & Leadership
- Supervise and guide service staff, cashiers, stewards, and supervisors.
- Allocate duties and monitor employee performance.
- Conduct daily briefings and shift meetings.
- Support employee engagement, motivation, and discipline management.
3. Customer Service Excellence
- Ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer experience.
4. Sales & Revenue Management
- Support achievement of sales and revenue targets.
- Promote upselling and suggestive selling initiatives.
- Monitor daily sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in planning promotional activities and special events.
5. Staff Training & Development
- Train new employees on SOPs, service standards, and company policies.
- Conduct on-the-job coaching and performance feedback sessions.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
6. Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores and kitchen teams.
- Ensure proper inventory control and minimize wastage.
- Support food cost and labor cost management initiatives.
- Verify consumption patterns and investigate variances.
7. Hygiene, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, and back-of-house sections.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and follow-up on corrective actions.
8. Attendance & Workforce Management
- Prepare duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and overtime.
- Ensure adequate manpower is available during peak business hours.
- Coordinate with HR on staffing requirements and employee concerns.
9. Financial Controls
- Monitor cash handling and billing procedures.
- Verify daily sales reports and cash reconciliations.
- Assist in controlling operational expenses.
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.
10. Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with corporate departments on operational requirements.
- Support implementation of company initiatives and projects.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
