This role involves supporting facility managers, managing onsite services, and assisting with employee workspace needs. Key Responsibilities Vendor & Maintenance Management: Coordinating with service providers for repairs, security, and cleaning, including tracking SLA compliance. Office Operations Support: Managing inventory of office supplies, overseeing workstations, and ensuring compliance with company safety policies. Administrative Coordination: Handling documentation, records management, scheduling, and assisting in the onboarding of new employees. Visitor/Travel Logistics: Greeting guests and assisting with travel arrangements, courier services, and front-desk tasks.
