Job Description:
We are seeking a data-driven and process-oriented professional to manage ICAD's CRM operations, lead intelligence, and sales productivity. The role will be responsible for overseeing the complete lead lifecycle, ensuring CRM accuracy, monitoring sales team performance, tracking conversion metrics, and generating actionable insights to improve admissions and revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CRM database with accurate and updated lead information.
- Ensure timely lead assignment, follow-ups, and lead nurturing across centers.
- Monitor and audit BDM productivity, including calls, meetings, walk-ins, and conversions.
- Track and analyze sales funnel performance to identify conversion gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales dashboards and productivity reports.
- Coordinate outreach campaigns and monitor lead generation effectiveness across multiple channels.
- Conduct lost lead and competitor analysis to support strategic sales decisions.
- Ensure CRM discipline, data hygiene, and process compliance across the sales team.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Understanding of sales processes and lead management.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to drive accountability through data and performance monitoring.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
