Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products based on their needs and budget.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, customisation, and order details.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and enquiries.
- Coordinate with the packing and purchase team to ensure smooth order processing
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Maintain records of enquiries, orders, and customer details.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
