Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and growth-oriented E-Commerce & Operations Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about online business, marketplace operations, and brand growth. The intern will gain hands-on experience working on real business challenges and contribute directly to scaling a fast-growing consumer brand.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day eCommerce and marketplace operations.
- Assist in inventory management, order tracking, and operational coordination.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports using Excel and other business tools.
- Support Amazon marketplace activities, including catalog and listing management.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in executing projects related to business growth and brand scaling.
- Learn and contribute to process improvements across eCommerce operations.
Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
- Strong willingness to learn eCommerce, Amazon Marketplace, and business operations.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership.
- Strong communication skills.
