Job Description – Sales CoordinatorKey Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
- Coordinate with clients to manage inquiries, follow-ups, order processing, and documentation.
- Prepare and manage sales quotations, proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and activity updates in the CRM system.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance dashboards for management.
- Assist the Sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Inventory teams to ensure timely product availability and order fulfillment.
- Track customer orders from receipt to delivery and provide regular status updates to clients.
- Monitor pending orders, payments, and follow-ups to ensure timely closure.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and support the implementation of process improvements.
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, organized, and maintained in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, Sales Administrator, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
