Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PRT English Teacher to nurture foundational language skills in students of Classes I to V. The ideal candidate should create an engaging, inclusive, and activity-based learning environment that develops students' reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar, and vocabulary skills while fostering a love for the English language.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum and NEP guidelines.
- Develop students' reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar, vocabulary, and phonics skills.
- Use interactive teaching methodologies, storytelling, role plays, games, and digital learning tools.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning resources.
- Assess student progress through classwork, projects, assignments, and periodic evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and academic performance.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Identify students requiring additional academic support and provide remedial assistance.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic progress and overall development.
- Participate in school events, assemblies, parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance curriculum delivery and classroom practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in English or a relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. (Mandatory).
- CTET qualified (Preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
