Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build strong client relationships, assist clients throughout their investment journey, and achieve monthly business targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and sales skills with a basic understanding of financial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Contact leads provided by the company and convert them into active clients.
- Guide clients through account opening and onboarding processes.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve client engagement and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and performance targets.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
