You will maximize customer satisfaction and retention by swiftly resolving service complaints and upholding a premium brand experience. The role requires driving service revenue by optimizing parts inventory, labor utilization, and local service marketing campaigns. You will lead and upskill the service team while ensuring they complete mandatory Honda training and certifications. Additionally, you will track daily workshop KPIs and manage coordination with Honda representatives for warranties and audits.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
