What you will do
- Lead a delivery pod (4–6 members) across bookkeeping, VAT and year-end accounts.
- Review financial statements, VAT workings and tax packs; ensure QA gates are met.
- Capacity planning, work-allocation and SLA management; drive automation and SOPs.
- Front-line client communication (calls/emails); manage expectations and change control.
- Coach, upskill and performance-manage team members; support hiring and onboarding.
