Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop business opportunities with government agencies, PSUs, defense forces, and disaster response organizations.
- Generate leads through GeM, tenders, and direct government engagement.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for government clients.
- Manage GeM registration, tender participation, bid submissions, and procurement processes.
- Coordinate administrative and financial approvals for smooth contract execution.
- Handle competitor challenges and support order finalization.
- Ensure timely execution of contracts in coordination with internal teams.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Travel extensively to meet clients and expand government business networks.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Experience in Government / Institutional / Defense Sales.
- Strong knowledge of GeM, tendering, and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage key accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
Pay: ₹318,116.42 - ₹500,000.00 per year
