AI Engineer – Job Profile
Role Summary: We’re looking for an AI Engineer who can design, build, and ship production-grade AI and GenAI solutions end-to-end. The role blends software engineering excellence (.NET/Python, cloud/containers, CI/CD) with modern AI capabilities (LLMs, RAG, agentic patterns) to deliver real business impact. The engineer actively uses AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Software Engineering & Delivery
o Build end-to-end AI/GenAI features such as LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, APIs, and UI integration.
o Implement agentic workflows using frameworks/protocols such as LangChain, MCP, and A2A.
o Design retrieval pipelines, evaluation, and prompt engineering.
2. Software Craft & SDLC Excellence
o Write high-quality code in Python and .NET.
o Build CI/CD pipelines with automated builds, tests, and security scans.
o Deploy services on Kubernetes with attention to scaling and operational reliability.
3. AI-Assisted Development & Code Quality
o Use GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and other tools for code generation, reviews, and documentation.
o Convert Figma designs into front-end code.
4. Architecture, Design & Collaboration
o Contribute to AI design and architectural documentation.
o Work with product, design, data, AI, ML, and platform teams to align the roadmap.
5. MLOps, Governance & Responsible AI
o Build and operationalize ML/LLM pipelines with evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in AI/ML or LLM-based solutions.
- Strong coding skills in Python and .NET.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, LangChain, n8n, MCP, and A2A.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and front-end technologies.
- Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building agentic AI systems.
- Familiarity with vector stores, embeddings, and evaluation frameworks.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and enterprise governance.
