About the Role
Siara Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and career-driven MBA students to join us as Management Trainee Interns. This internship offers hands-on exposure to sales and marketing operations, with a primary focus on lead generation, market research, and business development support.
This role is ideal for candidates who aspire to build a career in sales, marketing, or business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential business leads through online research and prospecting.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified leads.
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and business opportunities.
- Assist the Sales and Marketing teams in lead qualification and follow-up activities.
- Support email campaigns and outbound lead generation initiatives.
- Prepare daily and weekly lead generation reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business development activities.
- Assist in promotional and marketing campaigns as required.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Analytics, HR, or related specialization).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and research abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and proactive.
Preferred Skills
- Interest in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or lead generation techniques is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
