Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves generating leads, meeting potential customers, and driving sales through direct field engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to potential and existing customers
- Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and direct visits
- Present and explain products and services to customers
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with leads and support sales closure
- Maintain sales records and submit daily reports
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 1 to 4 years of experience in field sales or direct sales
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
