About the Role
ClickLink Technologies is looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations, client communication, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emails and client inquiries.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Prepare quotations and administrative documents.
- Maintain client records and company databases.
- Coordinate tasks between team members and management.
- Follow up on pending documents and client requests.
- Prepare reports and update records as required.
- Support day-to-day administrative activities.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous administrative or customer support experience is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working remotely.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online collaboration tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
