About the Role
PaperByte Technologies is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor Intern to join our marketing and creative team.
The candidate will be responsible for creating and editing engaging videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Create engaging promotional and marketing videos.
- Edit videos according to brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
- Add transitions, text, subtitles, animations, music, and sound effects.
- Create engaging hooks and visually attractive video content.
- Repurpose existing videos into short-form social media content.
- Work with the marketing and social media team to understand content requirements.
- Select appropriate footage, music, graphics, and visual elements.
- Maintain consistency in video quality and branding.
- Make revisions based on feedback.
- Organize and maintain video files and project assets.
- Stay updated with current social media video trends and editing styles.
- Suggest creative ideas for improving video engagement.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of video editing is required.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of social media video formats and trends.
- Good understanding of video composition, transitions, text placement, and timing.
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand instructions and work according to deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and improve.
- Candidates with a portfolio or sample editing work will be preferred.
