Job Overview
We are hiring a Production Engineer / Supervisor with hands-on experience in plant operations within oil & gas / industrial gas facilities. The role involves managing production processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor plant production processes
Handle equipment such as compressors, pumps, pipelines, gas filling systems, and storage tanks
Ensure achievement of production targets and quality standards
Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions
Maintain shift logs, batch records, and production reports
Support plant startup & shutdown activities
Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns
Ensure compliance with HSE & safety standards
