Responsibilities:
- Assist cooks and chefs in food preparation.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits.
- Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Store food items properly and assist in inventory management.
- Dispose of kitchen waste safely.
- Support kitchen staff during busy hours.
- Follow food safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical fitness and stamina.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Previous hotel or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
