We are looking for a Finance Officer to join our Central Operations – Finance team.
Role Overview
The Finance Officer will support the Coordinator–Finance in budget monitoring, voucher verification, reconciliation, staff advance settlements, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Verification and data entry of vouchers in Tally/payment tracker
- Staff advance settlement and vendor reconciliation
- Bank reconciliation of project accounts
- Monthly financial documentation and record keeping
- Support during audits and funder documentation
- Coordination with program teams for finance processes
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Commerce
- 1–2 years of experience in Accounts/Finance (NGO experience preferred)
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 & MS Office
